Colonial First State wraps it up on platform rankings


Colonial First State has moved back to the top of the platform rankings for financial planners, according to the latest research from Wealth Insights.
The annual Wealth Insights Service Level Report has seen Colonial FirstChoice and Colonial FirstWrap rated equal first by advisers for their overall platform service.
The Wealth Insights research showed that when it came to judging platform offerings, Colonial FirstChoice and Colonial FirstWrap were ranked equal first by planners, followed by AMP Limited’s North platform, Macquarie Wrap, IOOF Pursuit and Asgard Infinity.
When it came to best Fund Manager Service Offerings, Colonial First State again finished at the top of the rankings, followed by Vanguard, Magellan, Perpetual and Franklin Templeton.
Challenger was regarded by planners as presenting the best fund manager roadshows, followed by Magellan, Fidelity, BT Investment Management and Platinum.
The Wealth Insights Service Level Report has been conducted since 1992 and canvasses the views of over 1200 financial planners.
