What a great way to lead, ANZ…(in cost cutting and profit maximising!). Staff is just a payroll ID in ANZ world. All the more interesting because bonus is “dropped” for all staff except for senior management – who has the power to keep their bonus and take away every one else’s.

Particularly liked the part: "While this change will not impact the spend on total compensation, the mix between fixed and variable remuneration will change" from the media release so all staff's individual pay will be increased to offset the bonus removal???...yeah, right! Or, more money for "consultants" and senior management - rob Peter (junior staff) to pay Paul.
