New XPLAN offerings launched
Advisers will have an audit trail for fee disclosures and the option to initiate distribution of content directly from XPLAN with new updates to the offering’s Financial Knowledge Centre, according to IRESS.
IRESS knowledge centre product manager, Rob Skinner said advisers had shown increasing demand for higher-quality content for clients.
“The biggest challenge advisers face in producing content for clients is curating and distributing content, without adding excessive workload,” he said.
New platform content within the XPLAN update would include monthly articles and animated videos within the Knowledge Centre, which Skinner said would help boost the relevancy of the offering for advisers and clients.
“XPLAN users are able to customise and send personalised newsletters and updates to their clients, with the content tailored to their specific demographic and interests,” he said.
Content for the Financial Knowledge Centre would be produced and approved in conjunction with Deakin University.
