SuperConcepts makes key board appointment

Self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) specialist firm, SuperConcepts has announced a new appointment to its board.

The company announced today it had appointed experienced IBM Australia and New Zealand director, Amanda Johnston-Pell to the board.

Johnston-Pell has more than 20 years’ experience working as a senior executive in Fortune 500 companies in the US and Asia Pacific, and is currently board drector, CMO and chief of startups at IBM Australia and New Zealand.

Confirming the appointment, SuperConcepts chief executive, Natasha Fenech said Johnston-Pell’s appointment added considerable strength and capacity to the board.

“Her entrepreneurial credentials and extensive track record in helping businesses transform are invaluable,” she said. “Amanda will play an important role in helping SuperConcepts to maintain its position as a disruptor in the market and leader in the transformation of the SMSF sector.”
