AMP announces MyNorth enhancements
AMP has announced enhancements to its superannuation and investment wrap platform, MyNorth for advisers and clients as it turned a year old.
Under the enhancements, advisers could now manage multiple client activities simultaneously, while they were also given more choice in estate planning, giving them access to a full range of options when nominating account beneficiaries online.
Advisers would also be given more flexibility when completing partial transfers online.
On the client side, customers could access enhance client reports, statements, and account summaries, and could integrate their information with MyAMP to provide a complete view of their financial circumstances.
The enhancements followed the recent launch of the MyNorth Pension payment planner, which combined a pension payment calculator with a retiree-specific investment fund.
MyNorth has $6.7 billion in funds under management (FUM) while MyNorth and North had a combined $27.2 billion in FUM.
