Self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration software provider Class has launched the Class mobile app.

The company launched the app at the SMSF Association National Conference in a move which it said would offer SMSF trustees and other portfolio investors access to a detailed, up to date overview of their investment data on their smartphone.

It claimed the app would allow investors to easily track the performance of their SMSF or investment portfolio on the go, including investment income, valuations, asset allocation, and more along with the ability to securely exchange messages with their accountant or fund administrator.

Commenting on the launch, Class chief executive, Kevin Bungard said the app was developed to meet trustee demands for convenient, 24/7 access to information on their wealth.

"Trustees are insisting on more information about their funds and want to be able to view that information whenever and wherever they want," he said.

"We created the Class mobile app to assist accountants and administrators to connect with their clients and give them valuable insights into their portfolios."
