Securitor reaches industry milestone
More than 200 advice professionals gathered at a Securitor gala dinner last week, as the financial advisory firm celebrated 30 years of partnership and collaboration agreements with various advice practices.
The awards of National Practice of the Year, National Adviser of the Year and National Rising Star of the Year were among those given, with winners subject to a review panel of four industry leaders.
Securitor managing director, Mark Fisher, said the event was important for recognising the brightest in professional advice.
The Rising Star of the Year award was presented to David Simon, while AHS Financial planner, Heidi Schwegler, was awarded national adviser of the year.
Newcastle-based Crosbie Wealth Management took out the national practice of the year.
