Zurich makes digital appointment
Zurich Financial Services Australia has appointed a head of digital within its Life and Investments business.
The company announced today it had appointed Marc Fabris to the fold, following his completion of a three-year assignment at Zurich's global headquarters where he served as Global Life Head of Digital Marketing.
The company's announcement said the newly-created role was integral to the next phase of Zurich's strategy to become more digitally engaged with its customers and distribution partners and that Fabris would be overseeing a team comprising web producers, digital strategists and marketing automation specialists.
Zurich general manager, life and investments, Philip Kewin, said Fabris had a well-deserved reputation amongst the independent financial adviser community as a digital pioneer and fintech advocate.
He said one of Fabris' first priorities would be to oversee a major revamp of Zurich's local websites.
