New Future Fund appointments
The Government has drawn on banking, legal and financial services experience in making new appointments to the Future Fund Board of Guardians.
The Federal Treasurer, Joe Hockey, announced this week that that the Government had appointed, Carolyn Kay and Dr Jane Wilson to the Board of Guardians for a period of five years.
Kay, who is currently a director of Allens Linklaters, Brambles and John Swire & Sons has held positions at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Linklaters & Paines in London, New York and Austrlia.
Wilson has had a distinguished career as an independent director with a background in finance, banking and medicine. She is an independent director of Sonic Healthcare Ltd and a member of the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council.
Kay and Wilson replace Susan Doyle and John Mulcahy who were the longest-serving members of the board.
