Credit specialist La Trobe Financial this week announced it had appointed an additional 25 staff to its Melbourne operations.

The company said that it had made the appointments after securing a second floor at its Head Office location at 333 Collins Street, Melbourne.

It said that of the 25 new appointments, 14 were experienced senior credit analysts boosting its national credit team to 46 dedicated loan writers with the balance of the new hires being business development managers and administrative support staff.

Commenting on the development, La Trobe Financial head of distribution, Cory Bannister said the hires made the firm one of the largest specialist credit teams in Australia.
