FOS appoints new Code Compliance Monitoring CEO
The Financial Ombudsman Service has appointed a new chief executive, Code Compliance Monitoring .
The FOS Chief Ombudsman, Shane Tregillis, said Sally Davis had been appointed to the role effective from 1 September.
He said the appointment was made on the recommendation of a selection committee comprising Christopher Doogan AM, Independent Chair, Code Compliance Monitoring Committee, and Dr Sue-Anne Wallace, Independent Chair of the Code Compliance Committee (Customer Owned Banks), and himself.
Davis is currently Senior Manager of Systemic Issues at FOS and has worked at FOS and its predecessor schemes for almost 15 years. She is an accredited mediator and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma (Arts) from Monash University.
