AMP adds to industrial property team
Following on from the appointment of Luke Briscoe as managing director earlier this year, AMP Capital has promoted former senior development manager, Andrew Quade, to head of industrial, asset management.
Quade has more than 20 years' experience in valuation, asset management, development, and acquisitions and prior to his time at AMP Capital, he held positions at Lend Lease and GPT.
Briscoe said that Quade's appointment was strongly in line with AMP Capital's commitment to invest in the development of its people and its industrial capability.
"Along with providing strong leadership across our national portfolio, Andrew's appointment will ensure AMP Capital can capitalise on the growing demand and interest in both our existing assets and development pipeline," he said.
"Andrew has a broad and deep knowledge of the industrial sector, both within the industry and in asset management. I am pleased to appoint him to my leadership group, overseeing a talented team."
