AIA announces executive changes
AIA Australia is promoting within its IDA team with current head of IFA distribution, Sam Tremethick set to step up to the position of regional head of IDA while the insurer’s head of strategic partnerships would assume Tremethick’s role.
Current head of strategic partnerships, Kristen Lennis-Harvey would take up the position of acting head of IFA distribution in January, which was when AIA confirmed Tremethick would begin his new regional role.
“Our aim is to have the right people in the right roles so we can work with our business partners and ultimately serve our clients in the best possible way,” said AIA chief retail insurance officer, Pina Sciarrone.
Tremethick first joined AIA in 2012 as the insurer’s national manager of strategic partnerships. He has held the head of IFA distribution position for three years.
