State Street adds new business services exec
State Street has named Paul Khoury as head of State Street Global Services for Australia and New Zealand from 30 June moving him across from his role as head of Asset Manager Sector Sales for the Asia Pacific region.
The role, in which he will oversee existing client relationships and integrating new clients, is Khoury's third with the group, having also worked as chief operating officer for Global Services in Australia after joining State Street in 2001.
Khoury will report to Chris Taylor, who retains his role as overall head of State Street Global Markets and Global Services for Australia and New Zealand.
Listed financial services software company Rubik has appointed former IOOF state manager Marc Hraiki as general manager — sales and relationship.
Hraiki, who has also held senior business development roles at Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and DKN Financial Group will be oversee the Rubik sales team and drive new business with institutional and planning group clients.
Rubik, chief executive, Iain Dunstan, said the appointment followed a period of growth and Rubik would continue to expand its client base through retention of existing clients and by attracting new clients to its offering.
Legg Mason has also added to its sales team appointing Rosa Huddy as Director of Sales, reporting to Head of Sales Beau Titchkosky.
Huddy's appointment follows Legg Mason recently recording its two best years of inflows with Huddy to promote its products and affiliate fund managers to key accounts nationally.
Her prior roles include state and regional management roles at Perpetual and work as a Senior Financial Planner at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
