Countplus appoints non-exec director
The board of Countplus has appointed former Deloitte Board of Partners board member, Catherine Hill (Kate Hill), to its board effective today.
Hill was the first female partner admitted to the Deloitte Australia Board of Partners from 2000 to 2002 and the first female member of the Deloitte senior leadership team.
Hill currently serves as director for Westmead Medical Research Foundation and is a member of the Finance and Risk Committee, and she also serves as company secretary for Novogen.
Hill is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Following the appointment, the Countplus board would now have six directors, five non-executive, and one executive director.
